I ran into this slide in one of the IMS presentations created by Alcatel Lucent University. The idea is original, it illustrates the hopes built on IMS in all of its beginnings. Till this day, IMS is getting more and more deployed worldwide, but still, it is far from the dream that "Luther" had.
